JBL DJ 9Lives Waterproof Speaker Campaign

Designed as short Instagram movies, this master was divided up into three distinct parts.

We captured the action on smart phones for social media.

DJ 9Lives gets soaked but the party keeps going with JBL Waterproof Speakers.

These tour posters were sold in the DJ 9-Lives mercy booth.

To prove a point about water proof speakers, we invented a cat-like DJ that is terrified of water. DJ 9Lives. Our DJ is fearless on the EDM stage, until the one thing happens that cats fear most: rain.

Fortunately, JBL was there to save the day.

The video content was made for TV but we also filmed the entire “incident” with smart phones, enabling a social presence from first person concert goers.

We followed up with tour posters and other great DJ 9-Lives merchandise to round out the campaign.
